Cancellation Policy
At Styled By Tay, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
Appointment Cancellations
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Show Appointments
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Future appointments may require a deposit to be booked.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to modify or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Full service pricing may still apply.
